• Playlist requests: The text prompts and preferences you provide to generate playlists. Prompts are made available to the Vibelist community so other users can discover and generate playlists from them. Your personal data is not attached to public prompts.
• Communication: When you contact us directly, we may keep a record of that correspondence.

Information We Collect Automatically

• Usage data: Interactions with the app (e.g., features used, session duration).
• Device data: IP address, device type, operating system.

Information from Third Parties

• Apple Music: If you connect your Apple Music account, we access your library as needed to create and save playlists on your behalf.
• Spotify: If you connect your Spotify account, we access your library as needed to create and save playlists on your behalf. This connection uses Spotify's OAuth 2.0 authorization and we store your access and refresh tokens securely on your device.

• Generate and deliver personalized playlists to your connected music service (Apple Music or Spotify).
• Create and manage your account.
• Improve and develop the Service.
• Communicate with you about your account or the Service.
• Ensure security and prevent fraud.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers for infrastructure, analytics, AI features, and hosting.
• Apple Music and Spotify to deliver playlists to your library.
• Legal compliance, if required by law, subpoena, or court order.

We retain personal information as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Account information is kept as long as your account remains active. Aggregated or anonymized data may be retained indefinitely to improve the Service.
